I have some great pictures to post while we have been visiting my family in Ohio.. but for the lack of time, just wanted to post a quick note about Wes. Just in the last week, he has started 'scooting' around. it's amazing. He bends his little legs underneath himself and then pushes forward wherever it is he wants to go. He is also turning in circles if he sees a toy he wants and can't reach it. Wesley still watches every move Tucker makes and is as chill as ever. Always going with the flow and not complaining about anything. He is as adorable and always has a smile for anyone that will give him attention. And he has the best little laugh. We love our Wesley!!

Summer fun

I am now resigned to the fact that all of my posts from here on out are going to be sporadic and random whenever I find the time to do them.. Here are a few pics from the last few weeks.

Tucker and Wesley in their matching Irish shirts. They say 'Kiss Me - I'm Irish' and were a gift from my mom. Tucker calls them 'the big brother' shirts and had picked them out for him and Wes to wear that day. Wesley loves watching every move Tucker makes.

Uncle Rocko (as Tucker calls him) aka Andrew's brother Ryan, came to visit us for a weekend. Tucker loved playing with him and by the end of the weekend when we would ask who his best friend is, the answer would be 'Uncle Rocko.' Tucker really had a blast with him.

Ahh...the beach

We went to Seabrook Island in SC this year with my family and had a great time. The beach was beautiful and very private and there was plenty to do on the island. This was our first time there and we are definitely going back next summer! Our house was right on the beach.. we could walk down the back stairs and there it was. It was so nice.

Out to dinner at the clubhouse by the pool. This was a great spot and was walking distance from our beach house.

Wes loves his Uncle Chris. Chris would just hold him and walk around with him all vacation. It was a nice break for Andrew and me!

Buddies

I have been really bad about updating the blog.. so here are some recent pictures of my boys.

Tucker loves getting in the crib in the morning when Wes wakes up.

Wes is starting to get very animated..smiling and cooing a lot. It's so cute. He is happy all the time.. unless he is hungry or tired!

Tucker and Wes just hanging out. They both enjoy being together. Tucker is showing Wes his new semi-truck that Aunt Rae Rae bought him.

Tucker loves doing projects with Andrew. Here he is working on his lawnmower with his tools. Very serious..

Andrew and his two boys on Father's Day. We had a great day and hung out in the back yard. Andrew enjoyed some wine while I did the weed wacking!

Lake

Tucker and Andrew have started a little tradition of going to the lake and "fishing" and feeding the ducks. They went up last night and had a great time. I think they both really enjoy the father son time too..

A whole new world..

We have had a busy April so far. Life is definitely different with a family of four and has been so awesome now that Wes is here. He is a perfect little addition to our family.

Tucker and Andrew went to the Cubs game. His first baseball game ever!

Thanks to our friends Jenny and Harrison, we got to go to a local firestation and do a tour.. my friends helping me out with Tucker here..

Andrew had to go out of town this weekend, so we hit up a parade this morning. Tucker finally warmed up and had a good time once his friend Robert got there. Until then, he just sat in the stroller with this serious look on his face. Wes is napping and being perfect baby as usual.

Big Brother

Tucker has been so sweet with 'Baby Wes' as he calls him and has really taken to being a big brother. He brings Wes his pacifier when he cries and overall has adjusted really well to his little brother.
