If you love wine or don't know much about it..

I am going to depart from my normal Tucker posts to give Andrew some attention. He has been working on a wine review website for over a year now and has had a lot of fun doing it. The goal of his site is to review wine in a no BS way so that the average Joe or avid wine lover, can find wines that fit their likes, tastes or needs for a dinner party, or just a nice summer evening on the patio. A lot of our friends and family use this site when they are shopping for wine and really enjoy it, so I wanted to share it with anyone that reads my blog. His website is www.blogroom.com. If you are a Costsco fan, he also just launched www.costscowineblog.com to review wines only found at Costsco.

Andrew is a very talented writer (for real, I am not just saying that as his wife), so it's fun and entertaining to read his rants and reviews. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!!

More Nikki & Kyle Wedding Pics

Here are some more pictures from Nikki and Kyle's Wedding. It was a beautiful place..

Bob and Kevin with Tucker before the wedding.

Tucker is hanging out with his cousin Cameron. This is the first time they have seen each other since Christmas when they were just babies.

Seattle Trip - Nikki's Wedding

We had a great time in Seattle for Andrew's cousin Nikki's wedding. It was great to see all the family. A lot of Andrew's aunts and uncles had not met Tucker yet.. and he is 17 months old now! Unfortunately, Andrew couldn't make the trip due to his work schedule. Everyone missed him, but with Tucker there, it was like having a little Andy around.. at least that is what his family said!
The bride (Nikki) and groom (Kyle) with Aunt Sandy (the mother of the bride) at rehearsal dinner. We ate at a great Italian place.
Nikki and Kyle....
Ella and Jenna loved Tucker. They played and danced with him a lot! They even helped feed him his dinner one night. It was so cute. He was like their little doll.
Cousin Josh (Nikki's brother) taking Tucker out on the paddle boat. Rick and Sandy had a party at their house on the lake the day after the wedding. It was beautiful.
This is the back of Rick and Sandy's house. They have been completely re-furbishing the entire house and property over the last three years. Rick did a lot of the work himself and it looks amazing.

Reno Trip

So, the week after we got back from Ohio, Tucker and I headed out to Reno and Seattle to visit with Andrew's family and go to a wedding. He did really well on all six plane rides, whew! The DVD player helped a lot (Thanks Nicole and Kyle!) and not to mention Twizzlers!! We got to spend some time with Great Grandma and Grandpa Joe. They really enjoyed the 'Tucker show' .. then we headed to Seattle with Andrew's parents for his cousin, Nikki's wedding. It was a beautiful outdoor, garden wedding. Tucker did a few new things while in our trip like.. getting his first haircut at Grandpa's barber, eating his first whole apple and going to Chuck e Cheese. He hated getting his haircut, but it looks so cute. There are so many great pics, here are a few from Reno...

Eating out at Claim Jumper. Tucker ate a whole apple here. And he loved the waitress. And he sat in his high chair the longest he ever has at a restaurant.
At Chuck e Cheese with Grandma and Grandpa. He ate pizza and played with tons of games. I actually got a nice break that night and ate at Whole Foods and did a little shopping by myself. It took him a few days to warm up to Grandpa.. here they are reading a book together.
Feeding Great Grandma Emmie's cat some fishies. It was so cute. Notice how long his hair is.. this is before his haircut!
He didn't like the barber during his haircut, but once she gave him a sucker, then they were best friends.

Ohio trip

After the beach, Tucker and I went back to Ohio with my family. He survived the 12 hour car ride.. we did lots of fun things while we were there.. went to the park, the pool, Tucker's first parade and a festival.

Tucker eating some watermelon on Grammy's back porch with his new favorite necklace. He wore that thing all week!
Tucker and Grandpa eating an ice cream cone on the back porch..
Here we are in the downtown area near my sister Rachel's house. There is the cutest little breakfast place there and we went there a few times. The food was so good and if Tucker got restless, he could run around and look at the real caboose and play on the train. It was perfect!

Here we are at the Fireman's Parade to kick off the Fireman's Festival. The noise might have been a little too much for Tucker, but he didn't cry. He seemed to like the clowns that drove by.

Hindsight is 20/20

Well, I should have listened to everyone when I created this blog. I always heard that once you have another baby on the way, you want your blog to be a family blog and not just for your first child. So, this blog is ALL about Tucker and now we have another little one coming and I am not sure what to do! I guess I could just create a whole new blog for our family. Anyone have suggestions?
